If you're a lazy health conscious person like myself, Vegan Palate meals are the way to go! The level of care and attention to detail that Theresa uses is unmatched. From coordinating pick up to the containers she uses for the meals (Bento boxes you can REUSE), you can't pick a better vegan chef. Now for the food - I enjoy Theresa's cooking because she puts flavors in conversation with each other that the average person isn't expecting and may not even know existed! I've had meals from Vegan Palate twice, and both times I was able to try foods I've never had before. My favorite lunch meal so far has been the chickpea tuna lettuce boats! I never would have thought to use chickpeas as a tuna replacement - and it tasted better than most tuna salad I've had before. Definitely book Theresa for your next catered event or treat yourself to some home cooked, vegan meal preps.
Ms Theresa is such an awesome cook and this was the first time I’ve ever indulged in vegan food. Extremely good and flavorful! She is also so helpful with giving advice on clean eating and nutrition. I can’t wait to do the my Vegan experience with my kids!
